Im 10 weeks gone but stared bleedin yesterday and now im not 2day im not in no pain eather?

i found out i was pregnant not so long ago i worked it out that i was 10 weeks gone i started bleeding yesterday but im not to day and im not getting no sharp pains in my tummy?
