Which guy do I pick? Stick with my family or go with wat I'm happy with?

Ok I have been with my current boyfriend for almost 3 years I have one kid that is his. I left my ex that I was with for six years to be with my baby dad. We dnt fight that much I guess it's just a boring relationship. I like to have fun n I'm outgoing his idea of fun is playing video games for hours and he's younger than me by three years. I recently got a new job three months ago and have fallen madly for another man. We started friends but hit it off right away. he makes me feel alive n loved he pays attention to me so much stuff I'm not getting now. He doesent knw that I'm with my babys dad and I dnt wna tell him in fear of losing him. He is ten years older than me I didn't plan for this to happen but now I dnt knw who to be with. I feel horrible for trying to break up my family. Should I go now before it's too late or stay? Please help
