WIll there be a tent over Point State Park for the Sept. 10th Kickoff Concert in Pgh?

I really want 2 go, but i just read that umbrellas are prohibited; and the forecast is calling for rain. So does anyone know if they're going to cover the park since we can't bring anything in case it does rain. IT'S TOMORROW, SO COULD YOU ANSWER ASAP?????????????
