What's cheaper direct tv or time warner cable?

Moving back to Texas in a week! Very ecited but my mom and i were talking and she cant decide which cable, she also wants to a bundle package, as in tv, internet, and maybe a house phone for my little brothers. Which is cheaper? P.s this is a comparison in prices for Mesquite/ Dallas area.
