LGBT were do you stand on this?

Some guy just said it's ok that I'm gay as long as I don't flaunt it.Flaunt my "gayness" ? Uhm straight people flaunt their "straightness" by kissing eachother before cl, holding hands in the hallways and go to school dances together. If I did ANY of those things in school, I would be laughed at, teased, and verbally abused. So before you say, "it's ok that your gay and everything, just don't flaunt it becaue it'll piss people off more" I say f*ck that! I don't have to hide my uality in public. And if I wore a rainbow bracelt or gay pride hoodie, that's me expressing who I am . I don't care if me being myself upsets the s. Good!! I'm not going to change who I am to put them at ease. What do you guys think about this? Do you think I shouldn't flaunt my uality? I'm going to anyway, I just want to hear where your thoughts are on this. Straigh and gay people please answer and include your uality please!! Thanks:))) I was born this way!!
