Christians: Are there demons in Hell right now?

I watch alot of videos about Ner death expericnes and have seen literally over 50 stories of people who have died and come back or had near death expericnes or visions of hel and many describe grotesque creatures which help torment them. I thought satan and his demons were all roaming the Earth any Christians care to comment
