Csu channel islands, csu long beach, or cal poly pomona?

i don't know which ones to apply to and if they would even accept me. I have a 3.5 GPA and a 25 on my ACT but I'm from out of state and i'm not sure which one has got the best rep. Does anyone know anything about these schools?
