How old do you have to be to work at weis?

im trying to find a job but thats almost ompossible for a 15 year old. my family is basically poor and i want to pitch in. i absolutely hate babysitting, but i want a real job, like maybe being a bagger at the local weis store. ive been trying to find the minimal age to work there but the internet is being retarded. how old do u have to be to work there? and if it is 16, would they hire me with a workers permit even though im 15?
