How to arrange for the remaining amount?

my father is a pensioner ,a heart patient and handicapped person.me and my father are living in a house that is very lonely and not in a remote area.now as doctors have prescribed him to live in a locality where he is sorrrounded by many persons.we are selling our house and it is costing about 34 lacs.we have searched a house near our relatives and near to hospital,and all approachable places.but that house is costing 42lacs.as my father is 66year old and not eligible for loan.now please suggest few ways we can arrange for the remaining money.its required.is there any financial schemes to get the surplus money?[lease suggest
