What "DIDNT" you like about Big L?

Big L is my favorite MC and all, but I strongly dislike the fact that he had no substance in his music. He would always talk about the same subject. Street life, drugs, etc. That's really the only flaw I see when it comes to L. He could have used his skill to speak on other subjects but he didn't. And that really is the only think I dislike about L.
